EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

Thank you so much for supporting my small business! I want you to be 100% happy with your pieces and I work hard to provide the best quality prints (r*dbubble who?).

That being said, I’m just one guy - mistakes and mishaps happen! If you received a defective print or a wrong one, please email rozavay.t@gmailcom within ten days of receiving your order and i will send you replacement or your correct print*, free of additional charge. please include your order number and photos of the defects in your email!

defects include: smudged ink, warped image, ink gaps/white spots. normal “flaws” consistent with fine prints can include print lines on the back of the print or a bit of white dust from the machine cutting process.

*feel free to keep the wrong print, throw it away, give it to your friend/enemy, use it in a summoning spell...

Because my goal is to be a no-waste printer and every order is printed just for you, i cannot accept returns at this time.
