SHIPPING POLICY

all orders are packed in a sanitary, covid-safe environment and shipped via USPS or GlobalPost the second and last Friday of each month. International orders shipped with GlobalPost are handled by USPS, then GlobalPost, then handed off to your respective national postal service for delivery.

I do everything I can to avoid extra fees for customers, but international packages might require local taxes/custom fees that must be paid by the recipient; international orders are also subject to inspection/opening in some cases by customs authorities. 

Due to seasonal/holiday volume, COVID-19, weather issues, and general strain on USPS, there is always the possibility of delay; please be patient waiting for its arrival, and of course don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. 

Please understand that the tracking available to you is the same that we have access to after your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for what happens to your package (including delays) after it enters custody of the shipping carrier.
